SFB Symposium 2022

ISBR 2022 - Berlin 4-5 October 2022

The Internatioal Symposium on Bone Regeneration (ISBR) will be hosted within the framework of the DFG Collaborative Research Center 1444. We invite all researchers and clinicians interested on the topics of cell-matrix/cell-biomaterial interaction, osteo-immunology, angiogenesis and metabolism with a focus on musculoskeletal regeneration, while we particularly encourage young scientists to take the chance to meet, exchange and network.

DFG Collaborative Research Center 1444

This DFG CRC 1444 “Directed Cellular Self‐Organization to Advance Bone Regeneration” aims to unravel the basic mechanisms that differentiate between success and failure in regeneration of musculoskeletal tissue using bone healing as a role model. In particular, we want to investigate the interdependencies of inflammation, metabolism and mechanics in cellular self‐organization during the process of bone regeneration.”

Location

The Seminaris CampusHotel (Takustraße 39, 14195 Berlin) is located in Dahlem, a serene urban district in the south-west of Berlin. The hotel is integrated into the campus of the Freie Universität Berlin and features a unique event and conference center that combines cosiness and tranquility with unique meeting concepts and sufficient space. It can be reached by public transportation from Dahlem Dorf(U3) or Busline (X83).
